- We ship globally. Every order is sent with customs and duties already included, so there are no surprise fees on delivery — the price you see is the price you pay, wherever you are in the world.
- What is your returns policy?

- Return any unworn item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund. Returns are free, and our support team will guide you through every step.
- How does the made-to-order split-tone hoodie work?

- Our Signature Split-Tone Hoodies are produced after checkout, not pulled from a shelf. Using the configurator you choose your two tones — divided cleanly down a centre seam — and we cut and finish the piece to your specification. Because each hoodie is made by hand to order, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- What sizes do you offer?

- Kids: 3-4Y, 5-6Y, 7-8Y, 9-10Y and 11-12Y.
Adult: XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. If you are between sizes, reach out and we will advise on the best fit for the piece.
- Which payment methods do you accept?

- For hoodies and linen shirting, wash cold on a gentle cycle, turn inside out to protect the tones, and lay flat or hang to dry — avoid tumble drying to preserve structure. Timepieces should be kept away from prolonged moisture; wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth.
